The Annual Danish Astronomy Meeting 2018 will take place May 3-4, 2018 at Danland Faaborg Klinten, Fyn.

The registration fee is 2300 DKK for a single room, the shared room reduced registration fee is 2100 DKK and the reduced registration fee for PhD students is 1500 DKK (shared room). If you'd like to join the meeting, but don't need a room, the registration fee is 1600 DKK.

Included in the price; 2 lunches, conference dinner, 1 breakfast and all facilities.

All master students in astronomy are encouraged to go and are eligible for funding of the entire registration fee (shared room). Please send an e-mail to louise@phys.au.dk with an application stating your affiliation, supervisor and level before 16 April 2018.

All receiving financial support (master/PhD students) will have to bring a poster, and group leaders are encouraged to bring a poster explaining their group and the science done in the group. Other participants are also encouraged to bring a poster, and there will be a dedicated poster session. Please let us know if you bring a poster by stating it upon your registration.

The size of the poster should be A0 - 120x85 cm.
