The registration deadline has now passed.

The Annual Danish Astronomy Meeting 2017 will take place 30-31 May 2017 at Hotel Nyborg Strand in Nyborg, Denmark.

The registration fee is 2800 DKK for a single room, the shared room reduced registration fee is 2400 DKK and the reduced registration fee for PhD students is 1500 DKK (shared room).

Included in the price; 2 lunches, conference dinner, 1 breakfast and all facilities.

If you plan on attending the meeting without needing a room the prize will be 1700 DKK.

All master students in astronomy are encouraged to go and are eligible for funding of the entire registration fee (shared room). Please send an e-mail to louise@phys.au.dk with an application stating your affiliation, supervisor and level.

Please note that the submission of abstracts for the 'Who is who' in Danish Astronomy 2017 will be done as part of the registration. Therefore it will be mandatory to write down 5-10 lines about your science. Also, the 'Who is who' will only be available online this year.

Participants are encouraged to bring a poster, and there will be a dedicated shotgun presentation and poster session. Please let us know if you bring a poster by stating it upon your registration. The size of the poster should be A0 - 120x85 cm.
